Vision

  • The vision of the CDC is to supply the local labor market with technically skilled graduates who possess sufficient abilities and skills to contribute to reducing unemployment, integrating into the labor market, and developing both the public and private sectors.

Aims

  • Encouraging graduates to create new job opportunities through small and medium-sized projects.
  • Promoting the idea of working in the private sector instead of the public sector.
  • Supplying the labor market with technically skilled graduates who possess the qualifications for employment across various specialties.
  • Continuing students’ engagement with economic institutions, international and local organizations, syndicates, and others.

Tasks

  • Training and equipping students with additional skills to integrate them into the labor market through specialized workshops in this field.
  • Contributing to graduate employment by connecting with private and government companies to find job opportunities that align with their aspirations and the academic experience they gained at their universities.
  • Coordinating and preparing for job fairs in collaboration with private and government companies.
  • Monitoring graduates after their employment, identifying strengths and weaknesses in their performance, and submitting regular reports to their colleges regarding curriculum modifications as requested by the labor market.
