A University Central Committee visits the Medical Technical Institute / Mosul to follow up on chemical, biological and radiological safety and security procedures

A delegation from the Central Committee of the chemical, biological and radiological safety and security division of the northern Technical University visited the Medical Technical Institute /Mosul for the purpose of following up the chemical materials warehouse and scientific laboratories at our institute.

The Central Committee met with the dean, assistant professor Dr. Mohammed Fadel Haddad, the assistant dean for Scientific Affairs and the head of the chemical, biological and radiological safety and security unit, and then conducted a field tour of the scientific departments, where they were briefed on the laboratories, the chemical materials store, the method of preserving materials and the application of safety and security procedures in them.

The committee praised the level of good measures taken at our institute and expressed its guidance and observations in order to achieve quality standards and academic accreditation.

This visit comes within the framework of the University’s efforts to ensure an integrated educational and research environment that supports academic development and keeps pace with the requirements of quality and institutional excellence.
