The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Al-Attar, the esteemed President of Northern Technical University, and supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadhil Haddad, Dean of the Medical Technical Institute of Mosul.
