The Department of Nursing Techniques at the Medical Technical Institute / Mosul was established in the academic year 1997-1998. It is considered one of the specialized scientific departments dedicated to preparing technically, scientifically, and practically qualified nursing personnel who are capable of providing high-efficiency healthcare and nursing services across various health institutions.
