Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance are supportive pillars of the educational process within the department. They aim to monitor students educationally and psychologically, enhance university adaptation, and provide the necessary support and guidance in alignment with the instructions of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the Institute.

Tasks of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance

• Monitoring students’ educational and psychological affairs within the department.

• Enhancing positive university behavior and compliance with university regulations.

• Providing support and guidance to students to help them overcome academic and social difficulties.

• Coordinating with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the Institute when needed.

• Following up on student cases confidentially and professionally to protect their privacy.
