A: Yes, the evening study program is available for this department in accordance with the regulations and minimum grade requirements set annually by the Ministry.

Q: What are the main subjects taught in this department?

A: The department focuses on subjects such as: Radiation Physics, Radiographic Anatomy, Radiographic Positioning, Developing and Processing, as well as Radiology and Ultrasound Equipment.

A: The curricula are in English; however, the professors adopt a simplified teaching approach that focuses on the technical and medical terminology that students need in their field work.

A: Training takes place inside the department’s radiology and processing laboratories, in addition to field training in the radiology, ultrasound, and CT scan units across Mosul’s hospitals.
