Unit Objectives
Enhancing Psychological Resilience: Training students in emotional stability and swift, sound decision-making under the pressure of time and critical situations.
Trauma and Stress Management: Equipping students with the psychological skills to handle impactful scenes and emergency situations (such as accidents and disasters), while preventing burnout.
Crisis Communication Skills: Empowering students with the skills required to calm casualties and de-escalate the anxiety or anger of patients’ relatives in high-stress work environments.
Academic and Field Adaptation: Assisting students in balancing theoretical education with rigorous practical training in hospitals and ambulance centers.
