Medical Technical Institute/Mosul holds a scientific symposium entitled: “Artificial Intelligence in medical diagnosis”
Under the patronage of the president of the northern Technical University, the professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the dean of the Medical Technical Institute/Mosul, assistant professor Dr. Mohammed Fadel Haddad, the Department of emergency medicine and immediate ambulance Technologies held a scientific symposium entitled:
“Artificial intelligence in medical diagnostics”.
The seminar was attended by Mr. Mohammed Hashim al-Obeidi, where he discussed in his lecture the role of artificial intelligence technologies in supporting doctors and raising the efficiency of diagnosis through analyzing medical images and clinical data with high accuracy, which contributes to accelerating the detection of diseases and improving the quality of Health Services.
Objectives of the seminar:
1. Introducing the concepts of artificial intelligence and its applications in the medical field.
2. Highlighting the importance of digital transformation in the development of Health Services.
3. Demonstrate the role of artificial intelligence in improving the accuracy of diagnosis and the speed of medical decision-making.
4. Encouraging students to follow the latest technical developments in their fields of specialization.
Recommendations:
1. Strengthen cooperation between educational and research institutions to adopt digital medical projects.
2. Support the establishment of training courses on artificial intelligence in medical fields.
3. Introducing the topics of digital transformation within the educational curricula of medical and technical courses.
