The community Psychological Counseling Unit at the Medical Technical Institute/Mosul, in cooperation with the Department of Radiology techniques, carries out a field visit to markorkis Primary School in Bashiqa district

Under the patronage of the president of the northern Technical University, professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and the supervision of the dean of the Medical Technical Institute / Mosul, assistant professor Dr. Mohammed Fadel Haddad, and as part of community activities aimed at spreading health and psychological awareness among school students, the community Psychological Counseling Unit at the Medical Technical Institute/Mosul, in cooperation with the Department of Radiology techniques, carried out a field visit to markorkis Elementary School in Bashiqa district.

The visit included awareness and educational lectures on the importance of mental health and positive interaction among students, as well as introducing the role of radiation techniques in medical diagnosis and their impact on maintaining human health.

👩 🏫A number of teachers of the department and the community Psychological Counseling Unit participated in the visit, stressing the importance of instilling the concepts of mental and physical health in the early school stages, and developing a spirit of awareness and responsibility towards oneself and society.
