The Department of nursing techniques organized a scientific visit for second-stage students to the state departments:
1.Nursing home for the elderly
2.State House of Bud care
3.State flower care house
During the visit, the students were accompanied by a number of teachers and specialists from the department, as the visit included:
* Access to the mechanisms of Health and social care and services provided in these homes.
* Providing psychological and social support to elderly and children inmates.
* Identify the nursing methods used in the care of needy groups.
* Perform some simple medical tests and provide health guidelines.
* Participate in recreational and awareness-raising activities in order to enhance the spirit of communication and positive interaction between students and inmates.
The visit had a positive impact on the students by enhancing their practical experiences, and also contributed to spreading the culture of humanitarian and voluntary work in the community.
